Dr. Kai-Fu Lee | Founder of Innovation Works and former President of Google China
In September 2009, Dr. Kai-Fu Lee founded Innovation Works, which incubates new Chinese high-tech companies and mentors next-generation Chinese entrepreneurs in cloud computing, e-commerce, and mobile computing. Every year, Innovation Works will prototype some 20 new ideas, aiming to spin off 3-5 independent companies.
Prior to Innovation Works, Dr. Lee was a Google Vice President and the President of Google China. During his tenure, he built a 700-person organization with numerous successes. Google China's market share nearly doubled from 16.1% in 2006 to 31% in 2009 (data from Analyses International). Google Map, Mobile Map, Mobile Search and Translate have all become #1 in the China market. Prior to Google, Dr. Lee was a Corporate Vice President at Microsoft, where his team developed several server products and key technologies shipped in Office and Windows such as speech, natural language, and assistance technologies. He also founded Microsoft Research Asia, one of the world's top research labs called "the hottest computer science laboratory" by MIT Technology Review. Earlier in his career, Dr. Lee held executive positions at Apple and Silicon Graphics.
Dr. Lee holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University, where he developed the world's first speaker independent continuous speech recognition system. This system was selected as the "Most Important Innovation of 1988" by BusinessWeek. He is also the author of three best selling books in China, a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), and Vice Chairman of the Committee of 100, an elite group of Chinese Americans.
Timothy Draper | Founder and Managing Director of Draper Fisher Jurvetson
Mr. Timothy Draper is the Founder and a Managing Director of Draper Fisher Jurvetson. His original suggestion to use "viral marketing" in web-based email to geometrically spread an Internet product to its market was instrumental to the successes of Hotmail and YahooMail, and has been adopted as a standard marketing technique by hundreds of businesses.
On a mission to spreading entrepreneurship and venture capital throughout the world, Tim launched the DFJ Global Network, an international network of early-stage venture capital funds with offices in over 30 cities around the globe. As an advocate for entrepreneurs and free markets, he is regularly featured as a keynote speaker in entrepreneurial conferences around the world, and has been recognized as a leader in his field through numerous awards and honors, as well as frequent TV, radio and headline appearances. Tim was ranked #52 on the list of 100 Most Influential Harvard Alumni, #7 on the Forbes Midas List, and top venture capital deal maker by Always-On. He was also awarded the Commonwealth Club’s Distinguished Citizen Award for achievements in green and sustainable energy.
Tim holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He is also the course creator and Chairman of BizWorld, a 501c3 organization built around simulated teaching of entrepreneurship and business to children, and serves on the board of Endeavor for high-impact entrepreneurship in developing countries and on the Harvard Business School Board of Dean’s Advisors.
Peter A. Darbee | Chairman of the Board, CEO & President of PG&E Corporation
Mr. Peter A. Darbee, a veteran of the energy, telecommunications and investment banking industries, joined PG&E Corporation in 1999 as Senior Vice President and CFO. Prior to that, he was Vice President and CFO of Advanced Fibre Communications (AFC), a telecommunications manufacturer of digital loop carrier systems. Before joining AFC, he was Vice President, CFO, and Controller of Pacific Bell.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Darbee was an investment banker at Goldman Sachs, where he was Vice President and co-head of the company's energy and telecommunications group. He also held positions at Salomon Brothers and AT&T.
Mr. Darbee holds a B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, and successfully completed the Nuclear Reactor Technology Program at the MIT. He is a Director of PG&E Corporation, a member of the Edison Electric Institute (EEI) Executive Committee serving as Co-Chairman of the EEI Committee on the Environment, and a member of the CEO board for the Clean Energy Group. Mr. Darbee is also active in numerous civic and community organizations, including The Business Council, the California Business Roundtable, the California Commission for Jobs and Economic Growth, the San Francisco Committee on JOBS, and the San Francisco Symphony Board of Governors.

James E. Anderson | Chief Economist and President of SVB Analytics
Mr. Jim Anderson joined Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) in 1999 and has served in a variety of capacities, most recently as Founder, President and Chief Investment Officer of SVB Asset Management, which provides fixed income asset management and outsourced treasury services. He was also a Founder and Managing Director of SVB Securities, SBV's broker dealer subsidiary. Jim is a member of the Bank's Asset Liability Committee, which has responsibility for strategy and management of the bank's $2 billion investment portfolio. He is also the editor of the weekly Investment Strategy Outlook published by SVB Asset Management, a commentator for MarketWatch, and a frequent public speaker on the economy and financial matters for emerging growth companies.
Jim has more than 25 years of experience in investment banking, asset management, and commercial banking - assisting clients with corporate finance strategies, valuations, investments, and mergers and acquisitions, including 20 years in the technology and life science sectors. Prior to joining SVB in 1999, he was Managing Director of Technology Investment Banking for CIBC Oppenheimer where he was responsible for initiating the firm's entry into the technology sector. Jim has worked with a wide range of firms from small developmental stage companies to multi-billion dollar investment-grade corporations. Earlier in his banking career, he held a variety of positions with Chase Manhattan Bank, which included managing the West Africa region for three years.
Jim holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Thunderbird - The American Graduate School of International Management and a B.S. in Mathematics from the State University of New York, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Teresa Briggs | Managing Partner - Silicon Valley at Deloitte (moderator)
Ms. Teresa Briggs is Managing Partner for Deloitte’s Silicon Valley practice, which includes 900 people serving Silicon Valley technology, cleantech and life science companies with competencies in consulting, accounting and auditing, and tax and financial advisory. She also leads Deloitte’s Silicon Valley Cornerstone Initiative, a national investment program focused on doubling the size of the Silicon Valley practice and developing Deloitte’s Center for the Edge. The Silicon Valley-based Center helps senior executives make sense of and profit from emerging opportunities on the edge of business and technology.
Teresa has more than 27 years of experience in local and national roles. She was a Mergers & Acquisitions partner serving one of the largest U.S.-based private equity investors, spent six years as the lead audit partner for a Fortune 50 company, and currently is responsible for Deloitte’s consultative services to several high profile Silicon Valley companies.
Teresa’s professional and community affiliations include: The Tech Museum of Innovation, Stanford Technology Ventures Program Board of Advisors, University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management Board of Advisors, and Board Member of the Silicon Valley Chapter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
Jorge A. del Calvo | Partner in Corporate & Securities - Technology Practice

Mr. Jorge del Calvo joined Pillsbury in 1982 and became partner in 1990. He focuses on representing technology companies in venture capital and securities transactions, including public offerings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures. From 2000 to present, Jorge has led the nation in representing issuers in completed technology IPOs. During his career, he has represented U.S. and foreign issuers in hundreds of public and private offerings of equity, debt and convertible securities. In 2000, he represented SunPower in its initial public offering and Network Solutions in its $2.2B follow-on public offering, which was the largest Internet follow-on public equity offering in history. Jorge has also been involved in numerous merger & acquisition transactions, including WebEx in its $3.2B sale to Cisco, RMI in its sale to Netlogic, and Portal Player in its sale to Nvidia.

Gary Ge Chen | Founder, Co-Chairman & CEO of Orca Digital
Mr. Gary Ge Chen has fifteen years of China and international business experience in finance and the music entertainment field. He co-founded Orca Digital/Top100.cn, China’s first generation legit digital music company with Erik Zhang and NBA player, Yao Ming, in September 2005. Google joined Top100.cn as a strategic investor and partner in 2007. The company aims to build a one-stop online music service and media platform in China that benefits both users and the music industry.
Prior to Top100.cn, Gary served as Managing Director of Pulay Talent Agency, a full service music entertainment company that promoted more than four hundred concerts, signed more than twenty musicians including Cui Jian, Luo Da You, and Zhang Ya Dong. He began his career in the U.S., spending six years in the finance industry.
Gary holds a M.A. in International Finance from Brandeis University and B.A. in Business Management from Beijing University. He is a frequent panel speaker at music conferences including MusicMatters HK, MIDEM, Musexpo LA, and is an independent director of Sundiro Holdings Co.
Dr. Jack Q. Gao | Vice President of News Corporation & CEO of STAR China
As Vice President of News Corp, Dr. Jack Gao is responsible for running its overall strategy and business development in China, including serving as CEO of STAR China.
Prior to News Corp & STAR, Dr. Gao served as Vice President - APAC Emerging Geography for Autodesk, where he was responsible for all operations in Greater China and India. Autodesk China was one of the most successful multinational companies in the country. Before Autodesk, Dr. Gao was a General Partner of Walden International, a leading venture capital firm in the U.S. He also served as President & General Manager of Microsoft (China) in charge of its business development strategy, sales & marketing, government relations, overall business and financial administration, and human resources operations – tripling sales revenue in China during that time. Previous to Microsoft, Dr. Gao spent five years with Autodesk as Regional Director and General Manager for China, as well as worked as an International Distribution Manager at MSC/PDA, a Senior Researcher at CSAR, and as Assistant Professor in Engineering at Harbin Institute of Technology.
Dr. Gao graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology in China and UCLA, holding a B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. in Engineering. He is widely recognized as one of China’s most influential IT managers and media talent. In 2004, Dr. Gao was named China’s Top 10 Manufacture Information Leaders, and honored as Top Executive of China Software Companies in 2004 and 2005. He was also awarded the cover page of Influential in China IT Industry in the Last 20 Years by China Information World in 2005. In 2008, Dr. Gao was honored as Top 10 Most Outstanding Media Chinese Talent in the World by Asia-Pacific Economic Event.
Jim Gemmell | Senior Researcher at Microsoft Research and Co-Author of

How the E-Memory Revolution Will Change Everything"
Mr. Jim Gemmell is currently working on the next generation search. Previously, his research focused was MyLifeBits, part of the CARPE (Capture, Archival and Retrieval of Personal Experiences) research community. He is co-author of the recently released book Total Recall: How the E-Memory Revolution Will Change Everything. Jim has also done research on the topics of personal media management/ enhancement, telepresence, and reliable multicast. His research has led to features in Windows XP, Windows Server 2008, and Bing.com. Jim produced the online version of ACM97 and co-authored the PGM RFC. PGM shipped in Windows XP and is used by Microsoft MSMQ. He also helped the Windows Deployment Services team design a reliable multicast protocol included in Windows Server 2008, as well as made the bing flight status answer.
Jim holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Simon Fraser University, a M.Math from University of Waterloo, and a B.S. in Computer Science.
Josh Green | Partner at Mohr Davidow Ventures
Mr. Josh Green joined MDV's investing team with a focus on cleantech companies. He applies his experience in a broad range of industries including semiconductors, biotechnology and networking to help Cleantech entrepreneurs define their markets and products.
Josh has more than 25 years of experience working with startups to large public companies, and has helped many management teams focus their energy on building value for the enterprise and its stakeholders. Throughout his career, he has guided entrepreneurs and helped to build some of the most successful emerging growth companies in Silicon Valley including the Internet (Yahoo!), biotechnology (Geron), medical devices (Target Therapeutics), telecommunication/networking (Cerent), and semiconductors (Xilinx). Josh completed initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital transactions that rank among the largest and most successful in Silicon Valley history. Together, these transactions total more than $10 billion. His work was recognized when he was named to the Forbes Midas List. He has a track record of growing and developing teams and organizations, and was instrumental in expanding the Venture Law Group to over 110 lawyers and assisting in the successful merger with Heller Ehrman in 2003. Previously, Josh practiced law at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP, and developed the Palo Alto office from six to well over 100 attorneys.
Josh graduated magna cum laude from UCLA and the UCLA School of Law where he was on the Law Review.
Gary Gulmon | Senior Vice President and CIO of SYNNEX
In 1982, Mr. Gary Gulmon joined SYNNEX, which provides outsourcing services in IT distribution, contract assembly, and logistics management. The company distributes technology products from more than 100 world-leading IT original equipment manufacturers (OEM) suppliers to more than 15,000 resellers throughout the U.S., Canada and Mexico, focusing on IT systems, peripherals, system components, software and networking products. He has worked in various accounting, finance and IS positions while successfully moving from manager to director, and now Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer.

Charles (Chuck) House | Executive Director of MediaX at Stanford University and

Mr. Charles House is Executive Director of Media X and a Senior Research Scholar in the Human Sciences and Technology Advanced Research Program at Stanford University. He has been deeply involved with questions of technology’s effect on society, distance learning and collaboration using multi-mediated web networking, and innovation and technology transfer issues.
Formerly, Charles was Director of the Intel Virtual Collaboratory research effort and also Director of Societal Impact of Technology for Intel Corporation. He spent 29 years at Hewlett-Packard in a variety of management and technical roles, including five years as a corporate engineering director, as well as served in management roles at Informix, Veritas, and Dialogic corporations.
Charles has a B.S. in Engineering Physics from the California Institute of Technology, a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, a M.A. in the History of Science and Technology from the University of Colorado, and an M.B.A. in Strategic Studies from University of California, San Diego. He is currently Chairman of TII Networks, an IEEE Fellow, and a past President of the Association for Computing Machinery. Additionally, Charles is completing a book about Hewlett-Packard's business history.
Stephen Kircher | Founder, Chairman & CEO of Solar Power
Mr. Stephen Kircher is Founder, Chairman & CEO of Solar Power, a leading manufacturer, supplier and installer of photovoltaic systems with operations in Shenzhen, China. A vertically integrated company, Solar Power provides its own unique brand of turnkey solar power solutions to residential, commercial and public sector customers across the U.S. Prior to forming Solar Power, he served as Chairman & CEO of International DisplayWorks, which specializes in the manufacture and design of high quality small form factor liquid crystal displays (LCD), modules and assemblies for a variety of applications including cell phones, MP3 players, industrial and commercial products, and eventually digital cameras. The company was later acquired by Flextronics International. Previous executive roles included Chairman of Capitol Bay Securities, Founding Director of Burlingame Bancorp, and Founder of Spinner Corporation, which engaged in leveraged buyouts of troubled companies. Steve began his career with Dean Witter before joining regional investment banking firm, Bateman Eichler, Hill Richards.
Stephen holds a B.A. from University of California, San Diego, and currently serves as a director for the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA).
David Lam | Managing Director at WI Harper Group (moderator)
Mr. David Lam is Managing Director of the Silicon Valley office where he leads WI Harper’s U.S. operations. He brings over 10 years of private equity, technology and investment banking experience to the firm, and is responsible for investment activities in information technology companies. Prior to joining WI Harper, David was a Vice President at The Carlyle Group, a global private equity firm, where he led and managed investments in telecommunications and technology-enabled business services sectors for its U.S. venture and growth capital fund. While at Carlyle, David served on the Board of Directors and as the Audit Committee Chair of Actelis Networks, and as a Board Observer of Air2Web, eScreen, Ingenio and Panasas. Previously, David served as Director of Business Development at Panasas, a leading provider of distributed networked storage systems. He also spent several years in marketing and business development roles at CIENA Corporation, ONI Systems, Cisco Systems, and Proxim, as well as worked in the M&A group at Robertson Stephens. Earlier in his career, David served as an Executive Fellow in the California Governor’s Office.
David holds an M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Business where he was a Merit Scholar and recipient of the Patrick G. McGovern Award for Entrepreneurship. He also earned an M.A. in Sociology and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University, and completed coursework at Beijing University and the Beijing Language Institute. David currently serves on the Board of Directors as the incoming President of the Silicon Valley chapter of the Asia America MultiTechnology Association.
Ash Lilani | President - India and China of SVB Financial Group
As President of China and India for SVB Financial Group, Mr. Ash Lilani is responsible for the strategic direction and management of the company's operations and pursuits in Asia. He is also a Managing Director of the company's India-focused investment fund, SVB India Capital Partners, and the CEO of SVB India Finance Pvt. Ltd., a non-bank financial company serving domestic, venture capital-backed companies in India.
Previously as Head of SVB Global, Ash developed and managed SVB's global market activities. He set the strategy and oversaw the operation of SVB Financial Group's international expansion into London, Bangalore, Mumbai, and Shanghai, as well as activities in areas of technology concentration including Israel. Ash opened SVB's Philadelphia office and managed this and the New York regional offices from 1997 through 2001. Before joining SVB, he held technology lending positions at Meridian Bank and CoreStates Bank, serving as Vice President at both companies; Ash co-founded the technology lending practice at Meridian Bank.
Ash is regularly sought out for interviews and speeches in regard to venture and business activities in the global arena. In 2005, he was named one of Silicon Valley's 40 most influential business people under 40 by the Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal. Ash holds a B.A. in Finance and Accounting from Bangalore University and an M.B.A from Philadelphia University. He is a charter member of TiE, a network for U.S. and Indian entrepreneurs, and is a founding member, current director and treasurer of the U.S.-India Venture Capital Association.
Richard Lim | Managing Director at GSR Ventures
Mr. Richard Lim manages the GSR Silicon Valley Office and focuses on investments in green technology and the Internet. Current investments include Baihe, Qunar, UiTV, Sierra Solar Power, AdChina, Baixing, and Aspect Gaming. Prior to GSR, Richard founded three venture-backed Internet and software companies in the U.S.: iMarket (acquired by Dun & Bradstreet), Quickdot, and Co-nect (acquired by Pearson). He was also an executive at Lotus Development Corporation.
Richard holds an M.B.A. from Stanford University where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar and a Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery (MD equivalent) from the National University of Singapore.
Marine Ma | Founder and CEO of BabySpace
Mr. Marine Ma is Co-Founder and CEO of eFriendsNet, which was founded in 2003 and has grown to become one of China's leading social networking and online dating companies. Based on user-centric social networks, the company provides applications such as dating, blog and wireless value added services by integrating the Internet and mobile technology. eFriendsNet has a solid partnership with the major mobile carriers in China. In 2005, eFriendsNet was awarded Red Herring’s Top 100 Private Companies of Asia, as well as selected China Internet Industry Report’s 50 Most Innovative Chinese Internet Companies. He is also Founder and Chairman of BabySpace Corp., a web 2.0 community for Chinese moms with young children - newborn to 6 year-old. Launched in 2007, the company provides a new media channel for advertisers seeking access to China's 45 million internet moms.
Prior to co-founding eFriendsNet, Marine served as the Vice General Manager in the Wireless Division of NetEase, one of the top three Internet portals in China with more than 100 million registered users. The company offers a wide range of services, allowing users to receive news and other information such as stock quotes and e-mails, download ring tones and logos to their mobile phones, and participate in matchmaking communities and interactive games. Prior to NetEase, he co-founded FanSo, the first and largest Internet portal for Chinese college users.
Pradip Madan | Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Development

Mr. Pradip Madan brings a strong perspective on Consumer Electronics from SYNNEX's acquisition of New Age Electronics, the U.S. market leader in computer and peripheral sales through consumer electronics channels last year. Prior to SYNNEX, he served as President of Microland, an infrastructure management services company, and President of 123Signup, an application service provider for event registration and membership management. Pradip was also founding CEO and COO of Rivio, which built back-office applications for small businesses and was sold in 2002 for $80 million, and earlier in his career, he served as Vice President of Corporate Development at Echelon Corporation, whose markets include residential and commercial energy management automation. Pradip has personal investments in consumer social networking, and serves on the Board of a consumer-targeted software download/demand generation company.
Pradip holds a B.S. in Physics from University of Delhi, a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an M.S. in Computer Science, both magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as an M.B.A. with honors from the Wharton School of Business.
Matt Maloney | Head of Cleantech Practice at Silicon Valley Bank
Mr. Matt Maloney is Head of Silicon Valley Bank's (SVB) national Cleantech Practice, which extends to the bank's presence with approximately 200 clients across the spectrum of Cleantech investment, most of which are venture-backed. He has over 20 years of experience investing in and lending to the technology industry. Prior to joining SVB in 2002, Matt co-founded Enflexion Capital, a specialty debt provider for alternative communications companies. From 1989 to 2000, he held several business development and senior management positions in GATX Capital's Technology Services Group that grew from zero to more than $500 million during his tenure. Among other roles, he developed, structured and managed numerous technology investment joint ventures, spearheaded strategic acquisitions and founded the company's Telecom Investments Group. Prior work experience includes investment banking and money center commercial banking.

Michael T. Moe | Co-Founder & CEO of Next Advisors
Mr. Michael Moe has over 20 years of experience researching, investing and advising emerging growth companies. He co-founded and was formerly Chairman and CEO of ThinkEquity Partners, a growth focused investment bank which was sold to London-based Panmure Gordon in March 2007. Prior to that, Michael was Head of Global Growth Research at Merrill Lynch and Head of Growth Research and Strategy at Montgomery Securities respectively. He has been named to Institutional Investor's "All American" research team, awarded "Best on the Street" by The Wall Street Journal, and called "one of the best stock pickers in the country" by BusinessWeek. He has also testified in front of the U.S. Congress on the subjects of education technology, the new economy and initial public offerings, and has appeared before the President's Information Technology Advisory Committee. He is frequently cited in publications such as The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times for his opinions on growth companies and appears regularly on programs such as CNBC and Fox Business News.
Michael holds a B.A. in Political Science and Economics from the University of Minnesota. He is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts and the San Francisco Analyst Society, and is on the board of advisors for Institutional Venture Partners (IVP), a $2.2 billion late stage venture and growth equity firm, and Sharespost, a private stock exchange. Michael was also a past advisor for the Center for Innovation, served on the National Finance Committee for John McCain's Presidential Campaign, and was a policy advisor. In 2007, he published his first book, Finding the Next Starbucks: How to Identify and Invest in the Hot Stocks of Tomorrow.
J. Christopher “Chris” Moran | Vice President and General Manager of Applied Ventures
As Vice President and General Manager of Applied Ventures, the venture capital fund of Applied Materials, Mr. Chris Moran is responsible for the development and management of fund’s investments in early stage, privately held companies. Most recently, he served as Vice President and Division General Manager of Applied Materials’ Mask Products Division. Prior to that, Chris was Vice President of Corporate Marketing. Since joining Applied Materials in 1984, he has held a number of positions in division management, product management and marketing, including serving as General Manager of the Metal Etch Division - Etch Product Business Group and holding a variety of engineering and product management positions. Early in his career, Chris served as a member of the technical staff at Hughes Aircraft and Atari Computer.
Chris holds a B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
E. John Park | Partner - Business and Finance Practice at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius (moderator)
Mr. John Park focuses on corporate and securities laws, including private placements (both debt and equity offerings), public securities offerings, recapitalizations, and mergers and acquisitions. He works with companies in varying industries on a wide range of matters including initial formation, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, and the periodic reporting requirements of publicly held companies and general corporate counseling. John has represented both acquirers and targets in a variety of public-private and private-private business combination transactions, as well as issuers and venture capital firms in private securities offerings.

Prakash Ramachandran | CFO of Nordic Windpower
Mr. Prakash Ramachandran is a finance executive with over 20 years of broad experience in all aspects of accounting, auditing and financial management within the U.S. and Asia. As CFO of Nordic Windpower, a company funded by Goldman Sachs that provides two-bladed utility scale turbines to the wind energy industry, he is responsible for the company’s corporate and project financing. Prior to Nordic, Prakash served as CFO at Novariant, which supplied GPS-based machine control products to industrial markets such as agriculture and mining. During his tenure, the company grew its revenues from $4 million to over $40 million, raised over $40 million in venture equity & debt, and closed two key strategic acquisitions.
Before joining Novariant, he was Head of Finance at Sonicity, a software company funded by Sony Corp which offers multi-casting technology for Internet streaming. Earlier in his career, Prakash spent 10 years in Hong Kong in various financial roles that includes serving as CFO of Sonex Group, where revenues grew from $100 million to $300 million and the company expanded into numerous countries including China, India, Japan, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Chile, Panama, and Brazil.
