Dr. Huijun Ring, a Professor at Stanford University joined AAMA in 2010 and since has been active in the AAMA community. Since its founding in 1979, AAMA has been dedicated to technological advancement, fostering business collaboration, and promoting economic growth across the Asia America communities and beyond. Tong Zhilei and Dr. Huijun Ring both bear witness to AAMA’s continuous fulfillment of its mission and purpose.
Tong Zhilei reflected that the AAMA Beijing chapter was formed in 2004. He served as president of the chapter from 2021 to 2023.
The chapter’s Entrepreneur Cradle Program was launched in 2006, in the past 20 years, it has engaged over 500 top-tier mentors and supported more than 800 entrepreneurs. As a result, 66 companies have gone public. The program has facilitated over 500 billion RMB in investment and financing, and has become one of the longest-running and most successful public incubation platforms in China
Going forward, Ring believes AAMA-SV should continue to focus on facilitating innovation networks— sponsoring partnership building events with new entrepreneurs, technology leaders, and the academic community.
