AAMA–Silicon Valley Forum Inspires New Conversations on AI, Longevity, and the Future of Entrepreneurship
San Francisco, August 8, 2025.
The Asia America MultiTechnology Association (AAMA)–Silicon Valley successfully hosted its forum, AAMA & Entrepreneurship: AI, Longevity, and the Future, at the Silicon Valley Bank Experience Center on August 6, 2025. The event brought together AAMA Cradle Program alumni, Silicon Valley entrepreneurs, and investors for a deep exploration of how cutting-edge developments in artificial intelligence, biotechnology, and longevity health are converging to shape the future of innovation and entrepreneurship.
AAMA’s Vision and Legacy
Robert Lee, AAMA Trustee, former President, and a long-time leader in the Silicon Valley entrepreneurial ecosystem, opened the event by welcoming attendees and introducing AAMA’s mission. He reflected on the organization’s decades-long history of connecting leaders across Asia and America to accelerate innovation, foster entrepreneurship, and create impactful cross-border networks.
In his remarks, Lee emphasized that AAMA’s greatest strength lies in its ability to bridge cultures and disciplines, offering entrepreneurs not just business connections but also access to deep mentorship and global perspective. He pointed out that many Cradle Program alumni have gone on to lead transformative ventures in AI, healthcare, and sustainability—fields that are redefining both industry and society.
Keynote: AI-Driven Longevity Revolution
The keynote was delivered by Dr. Huijun Zhou Ring, Stanford University professor, serial entrepreneur and AAMA Cradle Program alumni. Drawing from her experience founding iDNA, Dr. Zhou emphasized that “the purpose of technology is to serve humanity” and identified AI + Longevity as “the core engine of the next medical revolution.”
She presented breakthroughs, including:
- AI Health Models: Digital twin health systems, brain-age prediction and reversal tools, and reversible aging monitoring technologies.
- AI Longevity Platform (ALi): A 24/7, personalized “super health coach,” envisioning future doctors as always-available AI physicians deeply familiar with each patient’s data.
- Brain Health Advancements: AI models capable of predicting dementia decades in advance—impacting 22% of people over age 80—and enabling interventions to delay or reverse cognitive decline. She highlighted TrueBinding’s breakthrough Alzheimer’s drug TB006, now in the FDA’s Expanded Access Program (EAP), offering new hope for patients.
- Integrative Innovation: Merging large language models with Traditional Chinese Medicine to create holistic health solution, promoting a longevity paradigm that blends scientific rigor with Eastern wisdom.
Roundtable: Empowering Entrepreneurs Through AAMA
The “From Startup to Success” panel, moderated by Nader Fathi, CEO of ENLIL, featured AAMA Cradle Program alumni and Xinxin Foundation Chairman Clement Song alongside seasoned serial entrepreneur Huan Li in a dynamic conversation on The AAMA Mentorship Journey. The panel explored how breakthroughs in AI are advancing from concept to market, highlighting the commercialization strategies and ecosystem-building efforts essential for long-term success. Both speakers credited AAMA’s signature one-on-one mentorship program as a pivotal force in their entrepreneurial journeys, describing it as “the most trusted think tank for entrepreneurs”—a resource that combines deep technical expertise, global perspective, and a powerful network to help startups navigate challenges and scale with confidence.
AAMA: Connect, Empower, Inspire
This forum not only showcased the pioneering work of AAMA alumni at the frontiers of science and technology but also reinforced AAMA’s role as a vital platform for cross-border resource connection and entrepreneurial wisdom sharing. Guided by the belief that “success cannot be copied, but wisdom can be passed on,” AAMA continues to help young entrepreneurs overcome the “Valley of Death” and thrive in the global innovation landscape.
Looking Ahead
AAMA–Silicon Valley remains committed to building high-quality exchange platforms, linking global innovation ecosystems, and empowering the next generation of entrepreneurs in AI, biotechnology, and sustainability to open new chapters in cross-border innovation.
